last Monday

Medyo matagal tagal na pala kaming di nagsasama sa inuman ng aming mga friends, kaya last Monday, we had a blast. Bonus pa na andun father ni Aries, ang kulit din, at least nakakasabay sya sa mga kakulitan namin. Halu-halo na nga ang ininom ng mga guys, naubos nila ang isang bote ng lambanog, vodka kurant, vodka vanilla, rhum coke, san mig light, red wine. Super food trip din kami. Nagluto si Aries ng hotdog and adobong pusit, sarrraapp! Ni-raid namin ang cabinet ni Bads.

Fitness First Plus

I grabbed the promo of Fitness first Plus at RCBC Plaza, no membership and admin fee. I will only pay 2 months in advance and i have a contract for 3 months. Payment is thru credit card. After signing up, they gave me a gym bag, water container and headset. I am thinking of enrolling my honey as well.

I went there yesterday and tried the Aqua aerobics, i enjoyed it. The pool is heated so the water is relaxing. I joined the beginners session. There were only 6 of us who attended the session. At first, I was shy to go to the pool wearing my swimsuit, but when i saw others who are doing it so naturally, i locked my inhibitions in the locker :)

I hope I can do this regulary. I have to keep in mind that the monthly pay is not cheap and i have to make the most out of it.

Liliw : Tsinelas festival

We passed by Liliw on our way home. I've never heard of it before. There are so many shoes/sandals to choose from and the price is not expensive. Some say that shoes being sold in bazaars mostly come from Liliw.



I bought 3 sandals and 1 rubber shoes. If only we were not in a hurry, i might have bought a lot more.

Pahiyas..d continuation

Here are some of the pictures taken in Kamayan. The place is nice and the food is great, but the service sucks.



After lunch, we planned to go to the Grotto but it was so hot so we went straight to Lucban. There were few houses with decorations. According to Ryan, they do the set up at 12 midnight. We were able to buy lambanog and some pasalubong stuff, of course we did not forget to buy the famous longganisang lucban.



After Lucban, we decided to go to the Grotto and brave the heat. We were asked if we have invitation so we can park at the parking inside, because we don't have one, we just parked outside. We later found out that there's a wedding at the church below the grotto. It was the silver wedding of Francis Dy and his wife. They have politician guests, you can tell by the number 8 plate numbers and red plates. I saw Jaworski.

The Grotto of Via Dolorosa is so high, i failed to count the number of steps beacuse i was so tired and out of breath while going up and even while going down. It's actually a station of the cross with huge images. Here are some of the pictures to give you an idea (to those who haven't seen it yet)






After the tiring climb at the grotto, we headed straight home to relax. We took a dip at our host's pool. It was relaxing, the water in the pool was lukewarm. For dinner, we went to Woodridge. We planned to go to a bar but most of us were tired so we agreed to forget the drinks in exchange of bed.

Pahiyas Festival

FUN FUN FUN!!! I had a great time last weekend.

Bam-bam and Virgie picked me up at shopwise around 8pm then we met up with my honey and Andrea at Buendia. We ate dinner at a bulaluhan house (forgot the name of the resto, name has Grace), i like their Bulalo, it was so tasty and the meat is tender. We arrived at Lucena around 12 midnight. We chat with our hosts (Mr and Mrs Go with their son Ryan)for a while and headed to bed to gain energy for the day ahead.

Woke up at 8am and had Lucban Longganisa for breakfast. Indeed, the longganisa from Lucban has a different taste than that from Pampanga. I have to say that I like the Lucban Longganisa.

We went to GraceLand, in Tayabas. It's like Fontana in Clark. There's pool, man-made lake, playground, restaurant and rooms for rent.

After the tour in Grace land, we headed to Kamayan sa Palaisdaan to have lunch. We were there at around 1130am and guess what time the food was served....it was after freaking 2 hours. The service was sooo bad.

TGIF

Thank God It's Friday!

Since Monday, i've been counting the days and wishing for days to fly fast. I'll be seeing my honey tonight, yipee! Bad news is, he's going back to Tarlac on Monday and probably stay there for another week, darn! :(

Nothing much happened this week. It's actually a boring weeek. Good thing I met with friends yesterday. It has become a routine for us to meet at least once a week @ Con Fusion. The place is located at the corner of San Agustin and Paseo de Roxas. It's the mid-point to all our offices. It's so nice to hang out there, have coffee and smoke occasionally. We do catch up on the latest buzz in our busy lives(m not so busy now, am i?). We vent out our frustrations at work... Hmmm, i kinda did that yesterday. I would love to vent it out here too, but i'm not sure it's proper, so i'll just shut up.

Anyhoo, i'm excited about out trip to Quezon tonight. We'll be there for the Pahiyas Festival. It's my first time to go there, hope it will be another fun weekend. I love weekends :)

4th monthsary

My honey gave me this watch for our 4th monthsary. I did not expect it, he's so sweet! It's a perfect match to our wedding ring (see picture, and notice the wedding ring)

We watched "The Wedding Date" starring Debra Messing (Willl & Grace) and Dermont Mulroney. It's a romantic comedy flick, nice date movie.

Miss ko na naman ang honey ko, he's in Tarlac for a week (again!).

Ocean Adventure

Our trip to Ocean Adventure was fun. I've always wanted to see a dolphin and I saw some last Saturday. I actually volunteered to be part of the show, but only kids were chosen...oh well....sabi nga nila, you can't have your cake and eat it too (tama ba?). I also enjoyed the Sea Lion show....medyo bitin nga lang, sana mas mahaba yung show.

I did not like Camayan beach though...maraming bato and di ganun ka clear ang water.

All in all, ok ang trip namin, at least I can now say that i've been to Subic na :)

Ocean Adventure here we come

We are going to Ocean Adventure tomorrow. First time ko sa Subic(nakakahiya mang aminin) so I hope it's gonna be fun. Supposed to be we'll stay overnight dun, kaso tinatamad daw si honey eric ko, so uuwi din kami same day. May dolphins kaya dun? I hope to see one. Sana pede ring mag swim with them :)

Roland, my friend

I’m writing here about my friend Roland because he saw my blog and asked me kung bakit wala man lang mention about him (Peace lan!)

Since he will be reading this entry, dapat nice things lahat ang isusulat ko…heheheh…kidding aside, Lan, is a friend on call 25/8 (syempre dapat SMART). Di sya marunong magalit. There are times na na a-abuse na sya (namin) pero wala lang yun sa kanya. Here’s a line na sinabi nya sa akin na di ko makalimutan: “di ako nagagalit sa tao, nagagalit lang ako sa sitwasyon”. He uttered those words sa bday celebration ko, a year or two ago. That’s how bait my friend LAN is. He is also kulit, he’s jealous when I mention other bestfriends…I have to tell him na wala syang ka level as my friend.

With Lan, I can share embarrassing experiences that I can’t tell others. I know kasi na kahit anong kagagahan ang gawin ko, he will still accept me as me and will never judge me. Di rin sya nang-iiwan sa ere. Mahilig nga lang syang mang-asar, na minsan eh out of line, pero forgivable naman.
