VDAY and my honey

My honey gave me chocolates and 1 white rose...soooo sweet! Di na kami lumabas (which is a good thing..so sad about the vday bombings), I prepared dinner (i cooked kilawin) and I bought candles and aromatherapy oil para naman medyo romantic. We than played yung bigay na CD ni ninong Mario...it's a new age music with title "Garden of Peace"..it's something that you might hear sa spa..it's so relaxing...It's our first vday together and I think we did good! It was just perfect for me.

Yesterday, i went home after lunch dahil sa dysmenorrhea...i felt so bad kaya nagpaalam na akong umuwi sa boss ko and i told my honey about it, he was so concerned na umuwi din sya just to check on me then he went back to work (that's d good thing of having a house near sa work).

I love my honey very much! I really appreciate all the things he's doing for me.

Meet the Fockers

We watched "Meet the Fockers" last night, kami ng honey ko with my mom and brother. They're staying with us dahil nagpa 2D Echo si mama sa St. Luke's and sinamahan sya ng brother ko. Kaya walang yaksu samin ng honey ko...hahaha...

Tawa kami ng tawa sa movie...kaso lang di pala nila napanuod ang Meet the parents kaya may scenes na tumatawa ako and di nila masyado gets why. Aside from being a comedy flick, you can also learn some lessons from the movie. Here are some lessons I learned:

1. If you want trust, you have to trust others as well. (wag magpaka CIA)
2. You have to be careful with the words you use infront of the baby; (You don't want their first word to be 'asshole' =)
3. Make effort para mag bond ang in-laws at parents mo (to make your life easier)
4. You don't have to kiss ass; you can be yourself infront of your in-laws
5. hmmm....whipped cream is fun ;)

Our first monthsary

Wow, parang kailan lang super busy kami sa pag plan ng wedding namin, and now, 1 month na ang nakakaraan ng pagiging mrs. rivera ko. There were times talaga na super stressed out kami during the planning stage, sometimes umiiksi pasensya namin and nagkakatampuhan kami. Buti na lang nagkakabati din naman agad.

I believe every bride will agree with me na ang sarap magpakasal. That is so true! Mas masarap ang buhay after...ang sarap ng feeling pag umaga paggising mo na katabi mo ang mahal mo. Every decision you make you know na may susuporta sa iyo. I know bago pa lang kami kaya ganito ang nararamdaman ko, marami na ang nagsabi na honeymoon stage pa kasi kami...oh, i wish na forever kami sa honeymoon stage.

We had lunch sa bubba gump kanina. I texted him kaninang morning na mag lunch date kami. I also bought a rose for him (we incorporated the rose ceremony in our reception program). He gave me a necklace. Sabi nya meron pa daw syang gift sakin sa valentine's day...naku, wala pa naman akong maisip na gift for him para sa day na yun.

Basta happy ako with my honey! i love him so much!
